Pay Per Click Campaigns

Why hire us?

Many PPC Campaign Managers will charge you or your company a percentage of every click your company gets. We find that dishonest, as we've seen people run upwards of $65,000 in campaigns to attempt and get an aggressive hold on the market. While their effort was valid, the PPC Campaign Manager was only targeting terms that were very expensive, and neglecting all of the important less expensive search terms that would give the clients more bang for their buck.

Click Fraud

Another issue this brings up - click fraud. With a campaign manager who is only going for a comission per click, they have no incentive to guard against click fraud. That is, if one of your competitors sees your ad and wants to click it a bunch of times, you can guard against how many times per day, week, or even month they are able to see your ad, so you don't waste money on a click happy fraudulent competitor.

So what's your point?

At New Corporate Image we only recommend a very small PPC campaign for keyword and market research (no more than $50.00). If our customer chooses, we will create and manage a more aggressive PPC campaign and only charge a small flat rate per month.

What is a PPC campaign?

You most likely have heard the term PPC or Pay Per Click - but what exactly is it? Well, One of the most common PPC Campaigns is Google AdWords. Simply put, these are listings that show up for a search in a highlighted or off-color box on the top or side of your window for any given search, regardless of where that site is actually indexed in the search engine.

How does it help SEO?

A common myth is that an expensive or very aggressive AdWords campaign will help your site get indexed higher. This is absolutely false. Pay Per Click campaigns are a very effective means of advertising - but they have no effect on how well or badly your site is already being indexed. Google AdWords (or any other PPC campaign for that matter) will cost you a certain predetermined amount every time someone clicks on it. It can be as little as one penny, or as expensive as the market and your wallet takes it... (sometimes upwards of $15.00 PER CLICK!)
